Due to the small-batch and handmade nature of some of my products, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at guerra.ariani@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so I can review the situation and help you with the appropriate solution.

If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, I may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution depending on availability.

Please note that I cannot guarantee replacements for items that are no longer available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If there is a problem, please contact me before using or washing the item and, whenever possible, keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Claims submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for a replacement or other resolution.

Care & Product Variations:

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and the materials used during production.

Because some products are handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, placement, or finish may occur. These differences are part of the nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your item to help preserve its quality over time.

Before purchasing an original artwork, please feel free to contact me with any questions about the piece, dimensions, materials, colors, framing, or shipping. I am always happy to provide additional photographs or information to help you make a confident decision.

Artwork Arriving Damaged

I take great care in packaging and preparing each original artwork for its journey to you. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at guerra.ariani@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the artwork and the damage

• Photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage to the shipping box or protective materials

Please keep all original packaging until the situation has been reviewed, as photographs and packaging may be necessary for a shipping claim.

If the artwork is confirmed to have been damaged during transit, I will work with you to determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances and the condition of the piece, this may include a replacement when possible, a repair, or a refund.

Because original artworks are unique pieces, a replacement may not always be possible. If the artwork cannot be replaced, I will work with you on the best available resolution.

Colors, Materials & Handmade Variations

Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and the environment in which the artwork is viewed.

As each artwork is individually created by hand, small variations in texture, brushwork, and surface are natural characteristics of an original piece. These are part of what makes each artwork unique and are not considered defects.
